Intellectual Property Statement

VikACG is a platform for information acquisition, sharing, and dissemination. We respect and encourage user-created content, recognize the importance of intellectual property protection for VikACG's survival and development, and commit to making intellectual property protection one of the fundamental principles of VikACG's operation.

1. All original content published by users on VikACG (including but not limited to answers, articles, and comments) is owned by the users themselves. Users may authorize third parties to use such content in any manner without requiring VikACG's consent. Users uploading non-original content on VikACG should obtain appropriate authorization.
2. All content uploaded by users, whether original or non-original, must comply with relevant laws and regulations of the user's location, the jurisdiction where VikACG's company is registered, and the jurisdiction where VikACG's servers are located. In addition to obtaining authorization, such content should not infringe upon any rights of third parties. If VikACG discovers content that violates laws or infringes upon third-party rights, VikACG has the right to immediately delete such content without notice and reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility from users. Users shall bear full compensation responsibility for any losses caused to third parties or VikACG.
3. The identifiers, page designs, layout methods, text, images, graphics, and other elements contained in the network services provided by VikACG are all protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other laws. Without the consent of relevant rights holders (including VikACG and other original rights holders), the above content may not be directly or indirectly published, used, rewritten or redistributed for publication or use purposes, or used for any other commercial purposes on any platform.
4. To promote knowledge sharing and dissemination, users grant VikACG a free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use all content they publish on VikACG. VikACG has the right to use such content on various forms of VikACG products and services, including but not limited to websites and published applications or other internet products.
5. If third parties, for non-commercial purposes, repost user content published on VikACG outside of VikACG, they should prominently indicate the original author's name (or the account name used by the original author on VikACG) at the beginning of the work, provide the original link, note "Published on VikACG," and not modify or adapt the work. If modifications to the work are needed or for commercial purposes, third parties should contact users for separate authorization and use the content according to user-specified methods.
6. VikACG provides users with the option of "All rights reserved, reproduction prohibited." Unless obtaining separate authorization from the original author, no third party may repost content marked as "reproduction prohibited," otherwise it will be considered infringement.
7. If any third party infringes upon the rights of VikACG users, users agree to authorize VikACG or its designated agents to represent VikACG itself or users in issuing warnings, complaints, initiating administrative enforcement, litigation, appeals, or negotiation and settlement against such third parties, and users agree to participate in joint rights protection when VikACG deems it necessary.
8. VikACG has the right but no obligation to review content published by users. If you find that content in the product infringes upon your original work, please provide copyright proof of the original content; if you are a third-party platform, you also need to provide authorization statements from original authors; if needed, please visit the DMCA Complaint/Report page to view the complaint process. Incomplete materials will not be processed.
