KayouNetWork Enhanced Service Agreement

VikACG Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "VikACG Company") agrees to provide KayouNetWork Enhanced Service (hereinafter referred to as "Enhanced Service") to users (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User") in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

This Agreement is an agreement between the User and VikACG Company regarding the use of the Enhanced Service, and VikACG Company provides the Enhanced Service to the User in accordance with this Agreement.

The terms of service of this Agreement constitute the prerequisites for users (whether individuals or entities) to use the Enhanced Service provided by VikACG Company. If the User disagrees with the terms of service of this Agreement or its modifications at any time, the User should not use or actively cancel the Enhanced Service provided by VikACG Company. The User's usage behavior will be deemed as complete acceptance of the terms of service of this Agreement and its modified versions at any time.
These terms may be updated by VikACG Company at any time without separate notice. The modified terms of service shall replace the original terms of service once published on VikACG's official channels and constitute part of the overall terms. Users can review the latest terms of service at any time.
VikACG Company will notify users through pop-ups, announcements, or other means when the agreement terms are updated. Users' continued use of the Enhanced Service is deemed as agreement to the updated content. If users disagree, they should immediately stop using the Enhanced Service.

1. Service Content

The Enhanced Service is an optional service based on the VikACG User Agreement, aimed at improving users' network experience and browsing experience through automatic upload and desensitization to public temporary storage servers, as well as executing computing tasks distributed by VikACG servers.

2. Data Upload and Desensitization

During the use of the Enhanced Service, you actively agree and allow the Enhanced Service to automatically upload and desensitize part of your network data and temporarily store it on public temporary storage servers to provide faster and more stable network access experience.
Desensitized data refers to data that has been encrypted and had personal sensitive information removed, with the purpose of protecting your privacy and security.
You actively and clearly understand and agree to data upload and desensitization. VikACG Company will take reasonable security measures to protect the data uploaded and stored on public temporary storage servers, but cannot guarantee absolute data security.

3. Executing Computing Tasks

The Enhanced Service will automatically perform calculations and processing on data uploaded to public temporary storage servers according to computing tasks issued by VikACG servers to improve your network experience and browsing experience.
Additionally, the Enhanced Service will periodically distribute other tasks that require client-side computation, and the process of improving experience may have some impact on you.

4. Privacy Protection

Protecting user privacy is a basic policy of VikACG Company. VikACG Company guarantees not to publicly disclose or provide to third parties user personal information and non-public content existing on servers when users use network services. During the use of the Enhanced Service, you actively and clearly agree to comply with the privacy protection measures specified in VikACG's privacy policy, except in the following circumstances:
(1) Prior explicit authorization from the user.
(2) In accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
(3) In accordance with requirements of relevant government authorities.
(4) To maintain the legitimate interests of the general public.
(5) To maintain the legitimate interests of VikACG Company.
VikACG Company may cooperate with third parties to provide related network services. In such cases, if the third party agrees to assume the same responsibility for protecting user privacy as VikACG Company, VikACG Company may provide user registration information to such third parties.
Without disclosing individual user privacy information, VikACG Company has the right to analyze the entire user database and commercially utilize the user database.

5. Your Responsibilities

You confirm and guarantee that you have the right to use the Enhanced Service, and that the data you upload to public temporary storage servers will not infringe upon others' rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

6. Changes, Interruption, or Termination of Enhanced Service

If any of the following situations occur, VikACG Company does not need to provide advance notice or assume any responsibility:
(1) The personal information filled in by the user is untrue.
(2) The user violates the terms and usage rules specified in this Agreement.
Except for the situations described in the preceding paragraph, VikACG Company also reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the Enhanced Service at any time. VikACG Company does not need to assume any responsibility to any user or any third party for any losses caused by changes, interruptions, or terminations of the Enhanced Service.

7. Disclaimer

Users clearly agree that the risks of using the Enhanced Service are entirely borne by themselves; all consequences arising from the use of the Enhanced Service are also borne by themselves. VikACG Company assumes no responsibility to users.
VikACG Company does not guarantee that the Enhanced Service will necessarily meet user requirements, nor does it guarantee that network services will not be interrupted. It also provides no guarantee regarding the timeliness, security, or accuracy of network services.
You clearly understand and agree to the situations described in the preceding paragraph. The Enhanced Service may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to network conditions, hardware failures, etc. Therefore, VikACG Company cannot guarantee that the Enhanced Service is always available or error-free.

VikACG Company has the right to modify and update this Agreement at any time. The modified agreement will be published on VikACG's official website. Your continued use of the Enhanced Service indicates your agreement to comply with the modified agreement.
If users disagree with the modifications made by VikACG Company to the terms of service, users have the right to stop using the Enhanced Service. If users continue to use the Enhanced Service, it is deemed that users accept the changes to the terms of service.
