晶子从小就体弱多病，因为长期住院的关系无法去上学，出席数不够的晶子，因为不想被留级所以干脆申请退学，无论爸爸妈妈在怎么劝都不听，结果.『说起来，你长的跟晶子如出一辙呢！彰』就这样在老爸老妈的阴谋下无法抵抗的彰，只好扮成女生晶子前往就读的露比娜斯学院，主人公月丘彰扮成女装代替体弱多病的妹妹月丘晶子到大小姐学校去上学，在这个富有传统的教会系学园里，为了在妹妹回来前不暴露自己的身份，他告诫自己要过平凡生活。
然而，事与愿违，不只为何他被学校第一的超级大小姐相中，并且成了席卷整个学园的闹剧的中心人物。
于是，故事展开了。
